ICC Sydney Customer Service Desks are located at the ground level of the convention centre and level two of both the theatre and the exhibition centre. ICC Customer service staff assist delegates and visitors with information on in-house events and services, local attractions, dining experiences, arts and cultural attractions, shopping and transportation. Operating hours are based on event requirements.
