For 2026, we are trialling a new program designed to recognise exhibitors as Green Exhibitors for their commitment to sustainability. This standard outlines the criteria for exhibitors to be eligible for Green Exhibitor recognition and to receive a Green Leaf in the Security / Fire Security Expo event directory.

Recognition is based on verified environmental performance across product design, operational efficiency and lifecycle responsibility. The below criteria should be used as a guide only to indicate the types of information that may be provided in support of your submission and exhibitors are not required to complete all sections but should only provide information relevant to their business.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Submissions should be emailed to [email protected] with the subject line:
Green Exhibitor Submission – [Company Name] – Stand [Number]

Exhibitors who meet the criteria will be recognised as Green Exhibitors and awarded a Green Leaf in the event directory across Security Expo/Fire Security Expo.
